--I have been using the services of Critter Sitters
of Franklin for a few months now and it has been an amazing
experience. I have two dogs and a job that never ceases. I have been
able to take advantage of both scheduled services as well as last
minute services. Shawn has been so responsive to the last minute phone
call that asks for his services due to schedule conflicts. My two dogs
are far better now for his presence in their lives. I have watched as
both my 10 yr and 1.5 year old learn new behaviors, better behaviors.
I had thought that my 1.5 year old was going to be a lost cause with
her bad behavior. In very little time Shawn has turned her around.
Even my neighbors speak highly of the impact he has had on their

--Shawn first came to our home to provide us with some tips on basic training for my new dog. My dog is two years old and was a bit rough around the edges since she used to be a stray on the streets of Puerto Rico.
The information he provided in the hour long session has proven to be
invaluable as Honey now listens to her commands so much more
effectively. Although this experience was great, it has been Shawn’s
amazing flexibility that has really proved to be an invaluable
experience. Whether its a last minute phone call or a special request,
Shawn has proven that he is willing to do just about anything for his
clients and their pets. Honey really enjoys her visits from “friend
Shawn” and we really appreciate the way he cares for her!

--Shawn has been working with our two greyhounds over the past year or
so. While we would love to bring them with us, it's nice to be able to
leave them in their own house while we are away, and it is less
expensive than the kennel. We often feel badly that a lot of our
travel has been last minute. Shawn has always made himself available to
take care of our pups. When my wife was home after the birth of our
son, Shawn would come every day to take them for a short walk and she
sometimes thought that they were more excited to see him than they are
to see us! I can't say enough good things about the service we receive.

His expertise in understanding how animals work and in helping us
humans make better practices with our critters is incredible. When ever
we go away, we no longer feel quite as badly leaving our critters now
that they have Shawn (still feel bad that we have to leave). Shawn
provides a sense of security for both our critters and our home while
we are away.
As our trainer, the differences in both our 11 year old and 2 year old
dachshunds is outstanding. Everyone comments on how incredible it is

--Shawn took care of my 11 (yes, eleven!) Alaskan malamutes
for two years before I moved away from the area. I didn’t know how good I had it until I tried
to find similar pet-sitting services in my new location! Shawn played with the dogs and treated them
